New patients are asked to call to schedule an appointment, so we are sure to match you with the provider and procedures needed for your situation.

Patients who are continuing or newly pregnant must call to schedule as you may need an ultrasound or other arrangement.

To schedule an appointment with Vicki Traxler, PA-C, or Lori Votapek, APRN:

1. Click on “ONLINE SCHEDULING”
2. Select visit type: “Office Visit”
3. Select preferred location:
• “Medical Blvd” will offer Fridays located at 1660 Medical Boulevard, Suite #300, Naples, FL 34110
• “Cypress Way” will offer Mondays thru Thursdays located at 90 Cypress Way, Suite #40, Naples, FL 34110
4. Choose type of appointment: annual exam or problem/consultation
5. Select date and time
6. Enter your Insurance Information, Reason for the Visit, and follow with your Personal Information
7. You will receive a confirmation email once scheduled
