Jeffrey Heitmann, MD

Founding Physician

Dr. Heitmann is the founding partner of A Woman’s Place. He established a private practice in Naples in 1988 after completing medical school at Wake Forest University School of Medicine and a residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Florida in Jacksonville. Well respected in the Naples area, Dr. Heitmann was named one of Gulfshore Life Magazine’s Top Doctors in 2005, 2006, and 2007. He is interested in high and low risk obstetrics and minimally invasive surgery including endometrial ablation, laparoscopy, hysteroscopy, TVT, and laparoscopic assisted hysterectomy. Dr. Heitmann was one of the first gynecologists in Naples to implement da Vinci® robotics in gynecologic surgery. Outside of the office, he enjoys spending time with his family, snow skiing, and boating.

Dr. Heitmann is Board Certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. He is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology as well as a member of the Florida Medical Association (FMA), Florida Obstetrics and Gynecology Society (FOGS), Collier County Medical Society (CCMS), and the American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists (AAGL).

Emily Clements, DO

Dr. Clements attended medical school at Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Mount Clemens Regional Medical Center in Michigan. She has been practicing in Naples, Florida since 2008. Areas of interest include adolescent gynecology, contraceptive management, low risk and high risk obstetrics, dysfunctional uterine bleeding, laparoscopy for endometriosis, menopause issues, and minimally invasive surgery such as da Vinci® hysterectomy. She also performs in-office procedures such and Novasure® endometrial ablation. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with her three children and husband, playing tennis, and enjoying the beauty of living in Florida.

Dr. Clements is Board certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Obstetrics & Gynecology. She is a Fellow of the American College of Osteopathic Obstetrics & Gynecology, a member of the American Osteopathic Association and the Collier County Medical Society.

Holly Raass Miller, MD

Dr. Miller completed medical school at Loyola University Stritch School of Medicine and a residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago. She spent part of her childhood in Naples and returned to join A Woman’s Place in 2009 after spending time in private practice in Jackson, Tennessee. Dr. Miller’s interests lie in minimally invasive surgery including da Vinci® hysterectomy, myomectomy and endometriosis resection; laparoscopy; in-office procedures such as hysteroscopies and Novasure®; high risk obstetrics; and adolescent gynecology. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband and four children, reading, and running.

Dr. Miller is Board Certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, a member of the American Medical Association (AMA), and the Collier County Medical Society (CCMS).

Su Parker, MD

Dr. Parker joined A Woman’s Place in 2005 after spending time in Clearwater and St. Augustine, Florida in private practice. She attended medical school at Indiana University of Medicine and completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Arnold Palmer Hospital for Women and Children/Orlando Regional Healthcare System. Dr. Parker’s areas of interest include high and low risk obstetrics, adolescent gynecology, and menopausal issues. While not working, she enjoys snow skiing, scuba diving, tennis, and reading.

Dr. Parker is Board Certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology and a member of the Collier County Medical Society (CCMS).

Karysse Trandem, DO

Dr. Trandem attended medical school at Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed her residency in Obstetrics, Gynecologic Surgery, and Women’s Health at the University of Minnesota in 2012 and has been enjoying practice since that time. Areas of interest include minimally-invasive surgical gynecology, da Vinci® hysterectomy, low risk and high risk obstetrics, abnormal uterine bleeding, and post-menopausal care. She also performs in-office procedures such as MonaLisa Touch® vaginal laser therapy and Novasure® endometrial ablation. Outside the office, she enjoy singing, and dancing, as well as participating in international medical missions and the prevention of human trafficking.

Dr. Trandem is Board certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Obstetrics & Gynecology. She is a Fellow of the American College of Osteopathic Obstetrics & Gynecology, a member of the American Osteopathic Association, American Medical Association, and the Collier County Medical Society. She has completed distinguished research fellowships at the National Institutes of Health and World Health Organization, and has been awarded many prestigious state and national awards for patient care and her clinical and surgical skills.

Cristina Tzilinis, DO

Dr. Tzilinis attended medical school at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed a residency at Henry Ford Wyandotte Hospital before joining A Woman’s Place in 2004. She limits her practice to gynecology only and is interested in adolescent gynecology including first exams, contraceptive management, hormone replacement therapy, in-office surgery, and nutrition. Her interests outside of work include yoga, Pilates, and spending time with her two children.

Dr. Tzilinis is Board Certified by American Osteopathic Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology.

Abby Krembs, PA-C

Abby Krembs is a nationally board certified physician assistant specializing in OBGYN and emergency medicine. Abby is a native Neapolitan, growing up in Naples and returning after her post graduate studies. She completed her Bachelor of Arts degree from Flagler College in St. Augustine, Florida and earned her Masters in Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies at Nova South Eastern University.

She joined our practice full time after working in the local Naples Community Hospital Emergency Departments. She sees all new obstetrics patients and is interested in adolescent gynecology, including first exams and contraceptive management. Her interests outside of work include spending time with her husband and immediate family that live locally in Naples.
